Nike continues to bring sustainability to their Air Max lineage with releases such as the Air Max Genome. Now we’re taking a look at the latest air to join the line, the Nike Air Max 2021. This silhouette highlights something massive, the new Nike Air unit.
This sneaker started off with children in mind but the innovation was also good enough to be shared with the adult line. The standout of this sneaker is the dual-pressure Nike Air unit.
The lower PSI in the center of the air unit creates a softer underfoot feel, while the outer ring of the air unit features a higher PSI to provide a stable ride. The new Nike Air unit is also made with more than 70% recycled TPU.
