I first started wearing Vans back in high school with my very first pair being a checkerboard slip on, in a light blue and brown colorway. It sounds a bit crazy but I promise you they were fire. Today, I get to share one of my favorite brands, Vans newest initiative.
Today Vans will be donating 1 million USD from their global sales to imagination.org. Imagination a non-profit that finds, fosters and funds creativity and entrepreneurship in children around the world. Imagination.org will be able to form 100 new chapters globally and further expand and strengthen the activities undertaken by its 150 current chapters active in 20 countries, directly impacting 10,000 young people.
And to help celebrate this special day I did what I did best, linked up with my friend and favorite photographer to create some magic.
Lani and I usually create on the fly 90% of the time. I try my best to plan these things out but sometimes something will come up and I'll hit her up and see if we can schedule something, usually within 24 hours. We've almost got our thing down to a science! We just go with the flow and that's just so much fun. I think if you're not having fun with the things you're doing then maybe you should rethink it! Also, it's important to take a break and gain some inspiration and try it again!
